We use Autodesk Revit to develop our construction strategies and to convey design intent to our construction teams. Developing a building in a three dimensional environment allows us to maintain a high level of design quality. The BIM model also allows us to produce comprehensive component schedules and quantities that permits the development of an accurate Bill of Quantities and ultimately, improve cost control.
With a developed BIM model stored centrally on our cloud based collaborative environment, we are able to work seamlessly with our sub-consultants ensuring that the finished proposal is fully co-ordinated in terms of structure, servicing and accommodation.
We understand that the success of projects striving for energy conservation targets and high performance building standards such as PassivHaus certification, BREEAM Excellent, Rammed Earth techniques and all Modern Methods of Construction depends on a collaborative workforce committed to greater dialogue, interaction and teamwork.
