SCOPE OF WORKS

Winner of the West Sussex County Council, Design and Sustainability awards for Best New Building.

The project was set in the grounds of a primary school. It is a sophisticated combination of a Children & Surestart Centre, community hall facility and new administrative/reception facilities for the school

The scheme was part of the redevelopment of this area in Langley Green, resulting in close co-ordination with the other parties involved, along with the daily pressures of working within a live school.

Before construction could begin demolition of some existing structures and an ecological site clearance had to be undertaken.
