Our People

Our people are most important to us. If we look after them well, they will look after our business and ensure our continued success. We provide a wide range of training and development as it is important for our people to achieve their full potential and have the skills to keep up with industry developments. We take pride in offering the best facilities and working environment possible for all of our employees  and have recently built a new head office in Catsfield which can accommodate up to 100 full time employees.

Meet some of the team…

We are keen to encourage young people, and those looking for a career change, to consider construction as a rewarding and enjoyable career. We therefore take on a number of trainees each year, not only in craft disciplines, but also in management. If you would like to join us as a trainee, please send your CV with a covering letter to Candice Beckingham at our Head Office address.
