Set within the heart of the College, we will be creating a new sixth form centre which has been designed by CORDE to complement the surrounding buildings and create a focal point to the campus.
The new three storey, steel frame building will incorporate classrooms, seminar spaces, a cinema, café, kitchenette and a careers and research area.

We are delighted to be working with Adur and Worthing District Council to deliver their first new council homes for 30 years which are desperately needed to meet the growing need within the district.
This will be the Council’s largest development to date providing 49 quality units, overlooking Shoreham harbour.
The new apartments will be constructed across two residential blocks and will incorporate PV panels and green roofs.
Both buildings will be of piled raft foundations, masonry frame superstructures and incorporate under croft parking. They will provide unique facades including brick-clad flying beams and columns, forming a ‘picture frame’ aesthetic.
A particular challenge to this project will be the location. Albion Street is within close proximity to the railway line and is the A259 coastal road between Brighton and Shoreham by Sea, meaning extensive measures will be put in place to avoid disruption to the continuous, heavy flow of traffic.
After 17 years in our first purpose built offices, due to the successful expansion of the Company, we took the decision to relocate and convert our original premises into a residential development.
Designed by our in-house Architects, the unique building has now been sympathetically converted into 11 new homes comprising a two bedroom house and 10 apartments.
Each property has been built to a high quality standard throughout with the original façade remaining to keep in harmony with the surroundings.
The existing raised decking was incorporated within the design to provide a unique external space with outstanding views of the countryside.
We must improve mental health in the construction industry. The issue of mental health impacts workers in the industry across every level of seniority.

One of two school projects we have commenced for Brighton and Hove City Council.
This project is for the design and construction of two new build extensions, three science rooms and a new school reception space which will allow the school to take in an additional form of entry.
One extension will provide additional dining space plus two classrooms, which will be built on top of the existing structures. The second will provide an art room and two teaching classrooms which will be built over an existing single storey structure within a courtyard.
All works will be carried out while the school is in operation.
