Business Development Manager (Catsfield, East Sussex)
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development team, identifying good opportunities through direct visits, networking events and various industry professional groups. You will have the ability to develop new clients and business in all sectors, whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients and will positively demonstrate the ethos, values and integrity of Westridge Construction Ltd.
Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager and working alongside the Business Development team, you will be responsible for the management of the bid process within a construction contracting environment with a focus on delivering consistency and driving continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Bid Manager and working alongside the Business Development and Pre-Construction teams, the successful candidate will have proven experience of working within a bid function for a construction company.
Reporting to the Project Manager based on site, you will be responsible for the document control process during the construction phase through to final build completion. You will ensure all documentation is maintained and readily available to all personnel as required.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, managing the construction process safely, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. You will be customer focused, providing a good quality product within agreed timescales and budgets.
