We are excited to share we have broken ground at Homefield Place, Seaford this week with site strip underway in preparation for construction to begin.
Working with Barchester Healthcare and Fed3 Projects Limited we have been instructed to build a 55 bed care home using traditional masonry and a caltite basement.
Comprised over four floors the new high-quality care home will include modern bedrooms, communal lounges, dining rooms and shared community spaces on each floor fostering a community feel. The home will also incorporate a nurses station, salon and wellbeing room, activity rooms; including cinema, private dining room, quiet/sensory lounge and cosy family rooms.
We look forward to our first progress update in a few months’ time with our site manager Jim Demel and the team.
