As a co-founder of Westridge Steve brings over 40 years of experience and a thorough, professional approach to the business. His high level of commercial acumen, balanced with an innate sense of fairness, underpins the business approach in its relationships with clients, our own staff and suppliers. This plays a major role in the company’s successful growth and development in which he continues to take great pride.
Since jointly founding Westridge in the early 1990’s Steve has spent most of the period since then as our Managing Director. His wealth of experience and insight provide the strategic leadership necessary to continually develop both the business and our people to serve our clients needs.
A Chartered Construction Manager, Martin has been responsible for the management of a comprehensive and diverse range of construction projects involving most forms of construction and a varied mix of procurement routes. He is a keen advocate of continuous learning and development and aims to ensure that all staff are supported and enthused.
John joined the construction industry in 1974 and has worked on a wide variety of projects covering most sectors and forms of construction throughout London & the South East. He joined Westridge in 1997 and is currently responsible for Partnerships, Frameworks and Business Development.
