Awarded through the Sanctuary Housing Framework, the design and construction of 13 timber frame dwellings comprising 7 new houses and 4 flats with the additional refurbishment of an existing property to provide a further 2 flats. Works include all new infrastructure, external works and drainage.
4 of the properties will be for shared ownership with the remaining 9 for private sale.
Located in the small village of Robertsbridge, East Sussex, this Westridge development makes use of a neglected site formerly used as an ‘Auction Mart’ in the early to late 1900’s. The style and scale of the houses has been carefully considered to create visual interest, enhancing the street scene while respecting the nearby existing housing. The houses will also feature a staggered elevation to follow the topography of George Hill which serves as an important approach into the local conservation area.
The five high quality homes with associated parking will provide much needed housing to the village and go to market late summer of this year.
We are excited to begin our own project, the construction of a new purpose built office. To accommodate the additional staff required to manage the continued growth of the company the new office is 25% larger than our existing Bodiam office.
The office will have a modern feel to the façade with a mixture of dark grey bricks and smooth, pale coloured feature panels. The new meeting room is complemented by the roof terrace, from which the views of the Weald can be taken in.
As part of this development we are also providing six, substantial houses. These houses are five bedroomed and of a very traditional East Sussex style. The houses make use of a timber frame construction and will be finished to a very high standard. Each house will sit in a significant plot and have uninterrupted views over the countryside.

A single storey extension to the rear of the existing building providing extensions to the dining and kitchen, also including kitchen plant and communal room.
A two storey dementia care extension providing 14 care bedrooms together with communal and ancillary accommodation.
The existing care home will remain operational at all times.
