We are looking for a Sub-Contract & Materials Buyer to join our team. Your role will be to source, procure and deliver sub-contractors & materials in a cost efficient manner within the timescales set.

Senior Estimator (Bodiam)

Overall Purpose of the Job:

To assist and produce priced tenders that are accurate, clearly detailed, competitive and returned within deadlines. Maintain good relationships with prospective clients and professionals to promote further tender invitations and provide clearly identified price build-ups to the Contract team.

Site Manager

Overall Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of  the site, managing the construction process safely, efficiently and in a cost effective manner. You will be customer focused, providing a good quality product within agreed timescales and budgets.

Admin Assistant/Receptionist (Brighton & Hove)

The position is part time (25 to 30 hours per week) with flexible hours between 9am and 3pm and would suit someone with 5+ years experience in a similar position. As this is a front facing role, a professional and presentable appearance is essential.

Carpenters (Brighton & Hove)

We currently have vacancies for skilled Carpenters to join our Carpentry team working across the South East. You will have skills in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and site experience of a minimum of 3 years. Due to the various locations of our projects, you will require a clean driving licence and own vehicle or access to transport.
