Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, managing the construction process safely, efficiently and in a cost effective manner. You will be customer focused, providing a good quality product within agreed timescales and budgets.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for implementing marketing activity and providing administrative marketing support to the Business Development Team. Duties will include general research and clerical work, identifying marketing leads and following these up either in writing, by telephone or in person. The Marketing Assistant projects a professional company image through face-to-face and the phone interaction.
You will assist in developing and implementing a practical and effective marketing strategy. Obtain tender leads and make new client contacts. Maintain the standard corporate image and review public perception. Public relations liaison.
We currently have vacancies for skilled Carpenters to join our Carpentry team working across the South East. You will have skills in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and site experience of a minimum of 3 years. Due to the various locations of our projects, you will require a clean driving licence and own vehicle or access to transport.
